Some questions we get asked…

  • How can I pay for my order?

You can purchase your tickets for most of the events taking place at the Rialto Plaza via Eventbrite or Skiddle, these are the two main ticket platforms we use.

  • Where can I see Rialto Plaza Terms and Conditions?

The terms and conditions are available to view here.

  • If I am a disabled person what is the best way for me to make a booking?

The best way to book any special seating requirements is to email info@rialtoplaza.co.uk. We prefer to speak to customers to ensure they are given the best options regarding their requirements. For these reasons, events are not set up to book disabled tickets online, for which we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. So please, send us an email and we’ll do what we can to help. Please Note: The Rialto Reborn, currently has no Disabled access or Facilities.

  • How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

When you have completed the booking form and submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation from the ticket platform you have booked with – please make sure your email address is entered correctly. Your email confirmation will include details of your order, such as event, date, number of tickets and booking reference.

  • Is your site secure?

Bookings are secure. Your details are encrypted using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, which is industry standard. You need a browser that supports SSL (most modern ones are).

  • Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order if you change your mind. Tickets purchased for events at the Rialto Plaza are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act). If the date of the event has been changed due to COVID-19, please see term 31 of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Why is there a maximum quantity of tickets I can buy?

If you attempt to order more than the allowed number of tickets for one show by using the same name, address, or credit card number, Rialto Plaza reserves the right to cancel your order at any time without notice. If you can purchase one ticket for a seated event, this indicates there may only be single seats available in the auditorium. If you do not wish to sit on your own, please do not book, as we will be unable to exchange your seat or offer you a refund.

  • How do I get a reference number?

As part of the booking process, you will receive an automatic reference number. You will also receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number on it from your chosen ticket platform.

  • What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

We suggest you wait up to 24 hours before checking your junk mail folder in case you don’t receive your confirmation email. Most email service providers offer a spam filtering service to protect you from unwanted emails. You may not receive an email confirmation from us within 48 hours if this service has mistakenly filtered it. If it has not been received within 48 hours, check your Junk Mail and/or Deleted Files folders first. If you still are not able to locate your confirmation email, you may request that it be resent by emailing info@rialtoplaza.co.uk.

  • Can I change my tickets or get a refund if I am unable to attend the performance?

Unfortunately, not. Rialto Plaza has a policy of no refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please make yourself aware of all terms and conditions before placing your order.

  • Will I need ID when attending the Rialto Plaza?

If you have the good fortune of looking younger than 18, be ready to provide appropriate identification at any time to establish your age. Don’t be offended if you’re questioned for identification. Please be aware that we follow the Challenge 21 guidelines.

  • What if I am late to an event?

Please check what time the last entry is for the event you are attending; this can be found on the event page on our website. If you arrive after the last entry time, you may be refused entry to the event. On occasions like this, refunds will not be issued.

  • Is there a dress code?

We ask that our customers arrive smartly dressed to all events, but we do decide on an individual basis. We work hard to make sure that the Rialto Plaza looks ready for you to party, so we ask that you do the same. Please check the event you are attending on our website as the dress code can vary depending on the event.
