Your email confirmation will include details of your order, such as event, date, number of tickets and booking reference.

Bookings are secure. Your details are encrypted using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, which is industry standard. You need a browser that supports SSL (most modern ones are).

  • Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order if you change your mind. Tickets purchased for events at the Rialto Plaza are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act). If the date of the event has been changed due to COVID-19, please see term 31 of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Why is there a maximum quantity of tickets I can buy?

If you attempt to order more than the allowed number of tickets for one show by using the same name, address, or credit card number, Rialto Plaza reserves the right to cancel your order at any time without notice.
